Cancellation and Refund

Mast Reviews believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

We are providing the 10 day demo period. During this period customers can test all features of our product. If they don't get their google reviews increased or they don't like the product for whatsoever reason, they can simply cancel the plan by the end of 10th day from first sign up date. Customers will not be charged for using our product. However, customers have to pay charges for SMSes and emails charges that has been used with their account. This charges will not cross more than USD 30 per location.

Mast Reviews does not accept refund requests for accounts that has used accounts after trial period. However they are free to cancel the account anytime by paying for the current running month to prevent further billing.

If customer is unable to cancel their payment plan for any technical reason, they can just send email to [email protected] and we will reply withing 2 working days.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Mast Reviews, we will initiate refund from our side within two working days. It’ll take 10-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. This duration varies as per policies of different card issuers.
