Our pricing is transparent. The only additional charges are for text and email expenses, which are rebilled to you directly at our cost, typically less than $20/month for most clients, depending on customer volume.

8. Setup and Onboarding

Setting up Mast Reviews requires a 30-40 minute onboarding call, after which we handle the rest to ensure a smooth integration. We aim to launch service within 5-7 working days post all resources are received from your side.

9. Tracking and Analytics

We provide analytics and reporting to help you monitor your Google review process and track progress effectively.

10. Handling Negative Reviews

We approach negative reviews with kindness and a proactive attitude to make things right, notifying you when such reviews are received. Historically, negative reviews have been minimal, with an average rating of 4.987 out of the last 5,000 reviews.
